Dial *123*9*7# and follow the on-screen menu. You can choose to deactivate:
- VA: Value Added Services
- NA: News Alerts
- OF: Special Offers
- AL: All promotional messages
Method 3: Stop a specific subscription by SMS
If a particular service keeps messaging you, reply with STOP [Keyword] (for example STOP AD or STOP HT) to the shortcode that sent it. Shortcodes such as 2233, 2025 and 3313 are used by different services
